Healthy smiles that last a lifetime
When it comes to something as important as your teeth, you want them to remain beautiful and healthy for life. So it is important to treat the underlying causes of dental problems—not just the symptoms. Dr. Martin Gorman’s approach is rooted in the optimal health-based philosophy of bioesthetic dentistry. It is based on years of research and observation of the human chewing system. In healthy systems, there is balance between esthetics, function and comfort. In simple terms, bioesthetic dentistry provides you with a healthy mouth that looks great, feels great, and chews great!

A better solution for sleep apnea and snoring
Sleep apnea is a serious, potentially life-threatening breathing disorder that affects 20 million Americans. A person with sleep apnea stops breathing
during sleep, often hundreds of times each night. It causes a lack of blood oxygen, resulting in poor quality sleep and daily fatigue. CPAP is generally the standard treatment for sleep apnea, but patients who use it average only 4-5 hours of nightly use—not the recommended 7-8 hours.
Dr. Gorman treats patients with an alternative to CPAP: a comfortable, custom-fitted oral appliance worn during sleep. This FDA-approved device prevents airway obstruction, minimizing the effects of sleep apnea and snoring. It helps patients to breathe easily and sleep soundly.
Alternative orthodontic treatment
Dr. Gorman provides a unique solution for patients with maxilla-mandibular underdevelopment. This works for both adults and children to correct and straighten the teeth without the use of force brackets.
Our innovative solutions provide a natural way for the body to move teeth into their correct positions using the concept of Epigenetic Orthodontics to enhance craniofacial development. Traditional orthodontic treatments often use force braces fixed to the teeth, which are worn all the time. Epigenetic Orthodontics is different because, instead of using mechanical forces to move teeth, a patented removable Daytime-Nighttime Appliance™ (or DNA appliance™) is worn during the evening and night. This allows the body to gently correct the positions of the teeth in its own natural way.
We also provide Myofunctional Therapy and Myobrace, a no-braces orthodontic treatment approach to help straighten your teeth and jaws. Treatment addresses the poor oral habits that are the real cause of crooked teeth.
